Will’s big into helping now too. Where’s that stool from? IKEA? I’d really like to get something so he can “help” me cook (otherwise he insists on being held to see what’s going on, which makes chopping and sautéing quite difficult).

Yup, IKEA! We love it, although he did take a dive off it last night into/onto a laundry basket, so just talk about safe stool protocol.
